Current firmware for all PCI and PCI Express adapters
- Takes advantage of larger RAM on TL Revision 2 to quadruple the buffer reserved for direct feed applications.
- Fixes a regression in 1.15.0 where data acquisition might have reported a subtly wrong time stamp the first time after reset.

- This is the initial release to support TL Revision 2. On TL Revision 1, the behavior of this release is identical to the 1.11.17's. Firmware for other hardware doesn't change with this release (including release numbering).

- Fixes an interference between direct feed data and scoping via USB.
